1. Seller and acceptance

Aarinaishop is operated by an independent individual seller based in Malaysia.

By purchasing a product, you confirm that you have reviewed its description, price, delivery method and these terms.

2. Digital products

Products are electronically delivered files, templates, prompts, instructions or related resources. They are not physical goods, managed services, professional advice or a promise of a particular commercial result.

3. Licence

Unless a product states otherwise, purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the files for their own personal or internal business work.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, share as a downloadable resource, or claim authorship of the original product or a substantially similar package.

4. Payment

Prices are shown before checkout. Lemon Squeezy acts as the checkout and merchant-of-record provider. Its checkout terms, available payment methods, currency conversion and tax handling apply to the transaction.

5. Delivery and access

Purchased files are normally accessible from the Lemon Squeezy receipt and My Orders area. Use the email entered at checkout. Access depends on the continued availability of the product and Lemon Squeezy service. Contact support if the expected file is missing or cannot be opened.

6. Customer responsibilities

• Check that the product description and file formats meet your needs before purchase.
• Review AI-generated material for accuracy, privacy, safety and suitability before use.
• Do not submit confidential, payment, identity or customer data to an AI tool without an appropriate lawful basis and safeguards.
• Follow the terms of any third-party software or platform used with the product.

7. Intellectual property and platform names

Aarinaishop retains rights in its original product text, structure and presentation, subject to any identified third-party rights. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Aarinaishop and WhatsApp Reply Builder are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

Products are provided as practical informational resources. Results depend on the buyer's inputs, tools, review and implementation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aarinaishop is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from misuse, unreviewed output, third-party services or decisions made using a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the published Refund Policy and any applicable Lemon Squeezy process or legal requirement.

10. Changes and governing principles

We may update the website, products or these terms. Changes apply from the date published and do not remove rights already provided by applicable law. These terms are interpreted under applicable Malaysian principles, together with any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the buyer.
